HOW TO PLAY

A simple routine for every busy board.

Use this five-step dispatch method whenever a RoutePop puzzle looks crowded.

01

Find the exits first

Before moving anything, identify the directions that actually lead vehicles out of the congested area. An open space is only useful when it connects to a route.

02

Separate free vehicles from locked vehicles

A free vehicle can move now. A locked vehicle depends on another move. This instantly tells you which pieces are candidates and which ones are future objectives.

03

Choose the move with the best follow-up

If two moves are possible, prefer the one that opens more space, frees another vehicle, or protects an important lane.

04

Scan again after every dispatch

The board changes after each movement. Do not continue using the old plan without checking whether a better route has appeared.

05

Learn from the jam

If a sequence fails, remember the first move that removed useful space. Retry with a different opening and build the route from there.

QUICK STRATEGY

Three habits that make routing easier.

Do not rush the first move

The opening often determines whether the rest of the board stays flexible.

Protect long lanes

A long clear lane can be more valuable than a small empty space because multiple vehicles may depend on it.

Think in chains

Good moves often create a chain: vehicle A frees B, B frees C, and C finally opens the exit.
